We were initially contacted by LEI by a knock on our door. We have had countless companies come by trying to sell us windows, roofs, siding, etc., and really needed to look at window options so we gave them a chance. From start to finish, this was a fantastic experience. They communicated well, showed up on time, explained costs, financing, timelines, procedures to a T. After we agreed, the installer came by to measure all windows being replaced and gave us a 6 week lead time for them to be made. 4 weeks later we were surprised to see a call stating that the windows were complete ahead of schedule and install can happen whenever we were ready. The installers were amazing!! Father son duo, showed up exactly on time, explained the procedure what they needed, and how long it would take. Day 1 they replaced 12 windows in our house, then came back day 2 and replaced the remaining 11. Mind you, it was cold outside when they did the replacement and they made sure to close off doors to rooms they were working in and tried to keep the house temp up as much as they could. Day 1 took just under 4 hours and day 2 they were done in about 3. So in 7 hours total they got all 23 windows replaced and were out in time for me to get my house back in order before my kids got home. The windows look great and I would put them up against an Anderson window any day at about half the cost. Would 100% recommend them and we will definitely be reaching out when we are ready to do our siding and door replacements. Couldn’t be happier with the finished product. A+

LEI’s price beat most of the competition for a high quality product. One window was found to be out of square by the installers and was replaced promptly. The installation crew was professional, explained each step and cleaned up after installation.

Derrick and his crew from Lei did an amazing job on our roof. Derrick was always available during our install and his crew were efficient, fast and respectful of our property. LEI was very good to work with. I purchased new triple pane windows for my house. There were a few factory generated quality issues that caused delays in completing the installation. I would suggest that they tighten up the quality control. That being said, LEI stood behind their product and ordered new replacements. The installing contractor was really good! The sales representative Lance was very professional and courteous. I would recommend them to family and friends.

Very friendly and professional from start to finish! Process took a bit long, but they kept in communication and I soon realized why- these are solid, excellent quality doors and windows. The installation itself was quick, and they took extra care to make sure dust and debris wasn’t all over the place. It felt like I came home to a brand new house. Definitely recommend them!
