I didn’t learn what hard work really means in a business book. I learned it at home.
I was raised by a schoolteacher and a farmer — two people who showed me every day what integrity, discipline, and showing up for others looks like. Those are the same principles we built LEI Home Enhancements on.
I’m a proud graduate of Ross High School and Miami University. Growing up here and earning my degree taught me the value of perseverance, accountability, and never being done learning. That’s why one of the mindsets I bring to work every day is simple: “Good to great — great or gone.” We don’t settle for average. There’s always a better way to serve our customers, improve our craft, and raise the bar.
At LEI, we specialize in windows, siding, roofing, and doors — but what we’re really in the business of is people. I believe success is never about one individual. It’s about the team you build around you. Long-term success happens when you have loyal, hardworking people who share a vision and are willing to push each other to be better. That’s the culture we’ve worked hard to create at LEI.
I also tell our team all the time, “Every shot you don’t take will never go in.” I want our people to take initiative, take ownership, and not be afraid to go for it. That’s how you grow — as a person and as a company.
Outside of work, my greatest joy is my family. I’m a proud father of two, and whether we’re outdoors or just making memories at home, that’s my why. My goal has always been bigger than just building a business — it’s to pave the road so others can walk it, grow on it, and succeed on it. That includes my kids, our team, and the communities we serve.
Derek Bresnen
President of Sales & Marketing
Born and raised in Hamilton, Ohio, I was fortunate to grow up learning the value of hard work and care from my parents, my mother, a dedicated nurse, and my father, a skilled home remodeler. I attended Moeller High School and went on to play collegiate baseball at Tiffin University, where I also earned my degree in education. I spent over a decade teaching freshman math and science before fully transitioning into the home improvement industry.
My experience in remodeling started early, at just nine years old, with my father, I began helping install windows, doors, siding, and roofing. That hands-on experience has stayed with me and continues to shape my approach to business today.
Outside of work, I’m a proud husband and father of five. My family and I enjoy riding horses, fishing, hunting, and spending time outdoors. Family is one of the most important parts of my life, and that sense of care and commitment carries over into everything we do at LEI.
As President of Sales and Marketing at LEI, I’m honored to be part of a company that values integrity, craftsmanship, and customer care. Our team takes great pride in treating every home as if it were our own, delivering exceptional products, meticulous installation, and personalized service on every job.
Chase Casson
Controller
I’ve been part of the LEI family since 2017. I started as a Marketing Representative while pursuing my Accounting degree, and over time worked my way into the Accounting Department after earning my associate’s degree. After completing my bachelor’s, I moved into my current role as Controller, which I’ve held for the past three years. What began as a chance entry into the remodeling world turned into a career I love—joining LEI was by chance, staying was by choice.
I like to keep things interesting at the office, keeping everyone on their toes with my sense of humor. Born and raised in Northern Kentucky, I still live here today. Outside of work, you’ll often find me traveling across the Tri-State area and up and down the East Coast cheering on my son and his football team.
When I’m not at football, I’m usually immersed in my other passions—digging in the garden with my houseplants, curled up with a good book, spending time with my three Great Danes, or simply enjoying life outdoors. Often, I’m doing a little bit of everything at once, embracing whatever the day brings.
Shannon Martin
Director of Administration & Marketing Officer
Born and raised in Fairfield, Ohio, Shannon Martin is a proud alumna of Fairfield High School (Class of 2007). It was there she first discovered her passion for competition and discipline through bowling—earning multiple tournament wins and a scholarship that allowed her to continue competing while studying Business at the University of Cincinnati. Her academic and athletic experiences helped shape a strong foundation in leadership, marketing, and organizational management.
From an early age, Shannon gravitated toward roles centered on support, leadership, and connection—values deeply influenced by her parents. Raised by a devoted stay-at-home mother and a hardworking truck-driver father, she learned the importance of perseverance, humility, faith, and family—principles that continue to guide her both personally and professionally.
Shannon joined LEI Home Enhancements in 2012 as an office assistant and has grown alongside the company over the years. Today, she serves as Director of Administration and has recently taken on the role of Marketing Officer. She is thoroughly enjoying this side of the business, where she can blend strategy, creativity, and brand growth while helping shape LEI’s vision and voice in the marketplace. Shannon values collaboration and forward-thinking leadership and is proud to work alongside a team she truly considers family.
Outside of work, Shannon is a dedicated mother of four energetic children who keep her busy with baseball, soccer, track, and piano. She loves being their biggest supporter and finds balance and renewal spending time with family and friends, especially on their family farm. Whether enjoying the outdoors, helping with chores, or embracing quiet moments, the farm is her favorite place to recharge. Christmas is her favorite holiday, and she holds family traditions close to her heart.
Shannon’s faith is a steady foundation in her life, and she is an active member of Crossroads East Side. She is passionate about serving her community and finds fulfillment in encouraging and supporting others—both inside and outside of the workplace.
Tina Beckman
Project Coordinator
I joined LEI in 2017 as an administrative assistant and have worked my way up to Project Coordinator, a journey fueled by hard work, flexibility, and a healthy dose of humor. I love diving into new challenges, figuring things out as I go, and making sure projects run smoothly from start to finish.
When I’m not keeping things moving at work, you can usually find me at the softball fields with my husband and daughter, enjoying the chaos of spring and fall ball. I also love winding down with a good book and soaking up every bit of laughter and love with my family.
Leslie Lunsford
Marketing and Customer Engagement Specialist
Leslie Lunsford is a Marketing and Customer Engagement Specialist at LEI Home Enhancements, where she is passionate about building meaningful connections and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Known for her outgoing and approachable nature, Leslie brings a positive, people-first mindset to every interaction. Outside of work, she is a devoted mother of five who enjoys spending quality time with her family, especially camping and making memories together. Her enthusiasm, kindness, and dedication shine through in all that she does.

Hi, my name is Samantha White, and I currently serve as the Director of Operations for our Pittsburgh, PA location. I began my journey with the company in May 2017 as an intern in the Cincinnati office and have since had the opportunity to grow and advance alongside the organization. Outside of work, I enjoy traveling and spending quality time with friends and family.

I’m the Director of Recruiting for LEI Home Enhancements’ Cincinnati location and have been with the company for over 12 years. Family is everything to me, and outside of work I love spending time with my husband and our four children—often at the baseball field cheering on my two older boys.
Brian Cramer
I am an experienced restoration and insurance-claims professional with a career dedicated to helping property owners navigate everything from the often-complex process of recovering from storm and property damage to common repairs and system enhancements.
With extensive hands-on experience in the roofing industry, I bring a unique perspective to every project. My early years as a roof installer provided me with a strong technical foundation and firsthand knowledge of the challenges involved in restoring and replacing damaged or aging roofing systems. I later expanded my expertise as a project manager, overseeing projects from the initial assessment through completion while maintaining a strong focus on quality, communication, and customer satisfaction.
My experience in both the field and project management has given me a comprehensive understanding of the restoration process. I am particularly passionate about helping property owners understand the scope of damage, coordinating repairs, and navigating the insurance-claims process so their projects are handled efficiently, professionally, and with as little stress as possible.
Before beginning my professional career, I attended Kent State University, where I was a member of the wrestling team. My experience as a collegiate athlete helped develop the discipline, determination, work ethic, and competitive mindset that continue to define my approach to business today.
I believe successful restoration is about more than simply repairing a property—it is about helping people move forward after an unexpected and often stressful event. My combination of technical roofing experience, project-management expertise, and commitment to my clients allows me to provide knowledgeable guidance, clear communication, and dependable service throughout the restoration process.
Kristin Begley
Helping people has always been at the heart of who I am. For the past 12 years, I’ve had the privilege of being a stay-at-home mom to my two children, an experience that has strengthened my patience, compassion, and ability to connect with others. I genuinely enjoy getting to know people, listening to their stories, and finding ways to make a positive impact in their day.
I believe everyone deserves to feel welcome, supported, and valued. As part of the LEI Home Enhancements family, I’m committed to providing exceptional customer service and making every homeowner’s experience as smooth and enjoyable as possible. Whether I’m answering questions, offering guidance, or simply being a friendly voice, I take pride in helping our customers feel confident as they begin their home improvement journey.
Outside of work, I love spending time with my family. I’ve been married to my husband, Tony, for 8 wonderful years, and we’ve been together for 12. You’ll usually find me cheering on our kids as they stay active in cheerleading, soccer, and jiu-jitsu. Watching them pursue their passions and celebrating their accomplishments is one of my greatest joys.
Michael Denney
With more than 30 years of experience in the window and door industry, I’ve dedicated my career to helping homeowners improve the beauty, comfort, and value of their homes. I believe in providing honest guidance, quality products, and a straightforward approach that makes the home improvement process easy and enjoyable.
When I’m not helping homeowners upgrade their homes, I enjoy spending time with my children and grandchildren. Family is at the heart of everything I do, and I take pride in building lasting relationships with the homeowners I have the privilege of serving.
Dennis James
With 15 years of experience in the window industry, I’ve built my career helping homeowners understand their options and make informed decisions about improving their homes. My background in window sales has given me extensive product knowledge, along with a deep understanding of energy efficiency, installation, and the details that make every home improvement project a success.
Today, I enjoy taking a more creative approach to exterior home improvements. I especially love designing entry door systems and complete siding transformations, helping homeowners visualize the perfect combination of colors, styles, trim, and architectural details to completely transform the look of their home. I also specialize in roofing sales, guiding homeowners through the process of evaluating roofing systems and selecting the best products to protect their investment.
I take a consultative approach to every project by listening carefully to what each homeowner wants to accomplish and providing honest, straightforward information and recommendations.
