Derek Bresnen
President of Sales & Marketing
Born and raised in Hamilton, Ohio, I was fortunate to grow up learning the value of hard work and care from my parents, my mother, a dedicated nurse, and my father, a skilled home remodeler. I attended Moeller High School and went on to play collegiate baseball at Tiffin University, where I also earned my degree in education. I spent over a decade teaching freshman math and science before fully transitioning into the home improvement industry.
My experience in remodeling started early, at just nine years old, with my father, I began helping install windows, doors, siding, and roofing. That hands-on experience has stayed with me and continues to shape my approach to business today.
Outside of work, I’m a proud husband and father of five. My family and I enjoy riding horses, fishing, hunting, and spending time outdoors. Family is one of the most important parts of my life, and that sense of care and commitment carries over into everything we do at LEI.
As President of Sales and Marketing at LEI, I’m honored to be part of a company that values integrity, craftsmanship, and customer care. Tina Beckman
Project Coordinator
I joined LEI in 2017 as an administrative assistant and have worked my way up to Project Coordinator, a journey fueled by hard work, flexibility, and a healthy dose of humor. I love diving into new challenges, figuring things out as I go, and making sure projects run smoothly from start to finish.
When I’m not keeping things moving at work, you can usually find me at the softball fields with my husband and daughter, enjoying the chaos of spring and fall ball. I also love winding down with a good book and soaking up every bit of laughter and love with my family.
Chase Casson
Controller
I’ve been part of the LEI family since 2017. I started as a Marketing Representative while pursuing my Accounting degree, and over time worked my way into the Accounting Department after earning my associate’s degree. After completing my bachelor’s, I moved into my current role as Controller, which I’ve held for the past three years. What began as a chance entry into the remodeling world turned into a career I love—joining LEI was by chance, staying was by choice.
I like to keep things interesting at the office, keeping everyone on their toes with my sense of humor. Born and raised in Northern Kentucky, I still live here today. Outside of work, you’ll often find me traveling across the Tri-State area and up and down the East Coast cheering on my son and his football team.
When I’m not at football, I’m usually immersed in my other passions—digging in the garden with my houseplants, curled up with a good book, spending time with my three Great Danes, or simply enjoying life outdoors. Often, I’m doing a little bit of everything at once, embracing whatever the day brings.
Leslie Lunsford
Marketing and Customer Engagement Specialist
Leslie Lunsford is a Marketing and Customer Engagement Specialist at LEI Home Enhancements, where she is passionate about building meaningful connections and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Known for her outgoing and approachable nature, Leslie brings a positive, people-first mindset to every interaction. Outside of work, she is a devoted mother of five who enjoys spending quality time with her family, especially camping and making memories together. Her enthusiasm, kindness, and dedication shine through in all that she does.
Shannon Martin
Director of Administration & Marketing Officer
Born and raised in Fairfield, Ohio, Shannon Martin is a proud alumna of Fairfield High School (Class of 2007). It was there she first discovered her passion for competition and discipline through bowling—earning multiple tournament wins and a scholarship that allowed her to continue competing while studying Business at the University of Cincinnati. Her academic and athletic experiences helped shape a strong foundation in leadership, marketing, and organizational management.
From an early age, Shannon gravitated toward roles centered on support, leadership, and connection—values deeply influenced by her parents. Raised by a devoted stay-at-home mother and a hardworking truck-driver father, she learned the importance of perseverance, humility, faith, and family—principles that continue to guide her both personally and professionally.
Shannon joined LEI Home Enhancements in 2012 as an office assistant and has grown alongside the company over the years. Today, she serves as Director of Administration and has recently taken on the role of Marketing Officer. She is thoroughly enjoying this side of the business, where she can blend strategy, creativity, and brand growth while helping shape LEI’s vision and voice in the marketplace. Shannon values collaboration and forward-thinking leadership and is proud to work alongside a team she truly considers family.
Outside of work, Shannon is a dedicated mother of four energetic children who keep her busy with baseball, soccer, track, and piano. She loves being their biggest supporter and finds balance and renewal spending time with family and friends, especially on their family farm. Whether enjoying the outdoors, helping with chores, or embracing quiet moments, the farm is her favorite place to recharge. Christmas is her favorite holiday, and she holds family traditions close to her heart.
Shannon’s faith is a steady foundation in her life, and she is an active member of Crossroads East Side. She is passionate about serving her community and finds fulfillment in encouraging and supporting others—both inside and outside of the workplace.
Chris Bauer
Chris Bauer is a Hamilton native and proud graduate of Hamilton High School who continues to live and stay involved in the community he calls home. He joined LEI Home Enhancements in December 2025 and values the company’s strong family atmosphere, positive role models, and the opportunities it provides for long-term growth and success. Outside of work, Chris is passionate about music and spends his free time playing lead guitar in a band and creating music.
Ned
Ned is a Sales Representative with LEI Home Enhancements in Cincinnati. He joined the team in January 2026 and is passionate about helping homeowners improve, protect, and enhance their homes. A Cincinnati native and Moeller High School graduate, Ned takes pride in serving the community he grew up in. Outside of work, he enjoys spending quality time with his daughter, who keeps him motivated and brings plenty of fun to his everyday life.
Ben Musser
Owner of Kansas City and Dallas/ Fort Worth Franchise Location
I’m Ben Musser. I started with the company in early 2017, and in 2018 I became the franchise owner for Fort Worth, Texas. Today, my wife, Brittney Musser, and I oversee operations across Kansas City and the entire Dallas/Fort Worth market.
When we’re not working, our time is mostly spent with our four amazing kids, who keep us busy and motivated. Outside of family and work, I enjoy watching movies and listening to all kinds of music.

I’m the Director of Recruiting for LEI Home Enhancements’ Cincinnati location and have been with the company for over 12 years. Family is everything to me, and outside of work I love spending time with my husband and our four children—often at the baseball field cheering on my two older boys.
Samantha
Hi, my name is Samantha White, and I currently serve as the Director of Operations for our Pittsburgh, PA location. I began my journey with the company in May 2017 as an intern in the Cincinnati office and have since had the opportunity to grow and advance alongside the organization. Outside of work, I enjoy traveling and spending quality time with friends and family.
